Mathematical Proof.
We don't just paste a cursive font on a PDF. When a client types their legal name and clicks sign, the server instantly generates a unique signature ID, captures an audit trail, and creates a SHA-256 hash of the exact scope, pricing, and calibration at that exact millisecond.
The result is a cryptographically verifiable agreement that cannot be forged or altered post-signature.
Cryptographic Signature ID
A server-generated SIG-XXXX-YYYYYY stamp is applied atomically at the database level. It uniquely identifies the signature event and cannot be replayed or forged.
Post-Signature Lock
Once signed, the proposal document becomes permanently read-only. Scope, pricing, DNA calibration, and legal terms cannot be altered by either party.
Timestamp Proof
The exact signature date and time is recorded in strict ISO format and displayed permanently on the document (e.g., "Signed on May 10, 2026 at 2:30 PM").
Document State Hash
We take a SHA-256 hash of the full scope JSON, selections, and pricing variables at the time of signing-proving the document wasn't modified after the fact.
Dual Signature Block
The finalized document renders a clean, professional dual signature block displaying the client's full legal name, the cryptographic ID, and the agency signer's details.
Instant Notifications
Both the client and the agency owners receive immediate confirmation emails with a permanent link to the locked, read-only receipt of the agreement.
Full Legal Name Capture
Clients must type their full legal name to complete the signature. This is displayed permanently on the signed document alongside the ID.
Unlock Before Signing
Need to make a last-minute change? If the client hasn't signed yet, the agency can unlock the proposal, revert it to a draft, and make edits.
